Can I purchase directly from you?
As a diecast manufacturer, M2 Machines does not sell directly to the public. Our diecast collectibles can be purchased from our retail partners and hobby distributors. Click "Where to Buy" at the top of the page for a list of our retail partners!
Is there a way to purchase cases?
Some of our hobby distributors do sell factory sealed cases. On our "Where to Buy" page you will find a list of our hobby distributors.
Can I purchase your products online?
While we do not sell online directly, some of our retail partners do. You can visit our "Where to Buy" page for a list of our retail partners!
Do you sell replacement parts?
Unfortunately, we do not sell replacement parts. As each run is a limited production and is not produced again, we are unable to stock spare or replacement parts. In the even that a product is defective, please return the item to the retailer.
Why haven't I seen these in stores near me?
Distribution of product is very complicated and never perfect. Retailers have multiple distribution centers, thousands of stores, and individual stores vary in number of collectors that live nearby as well as general foot traffic. Even distribution is not always possible.
What should I do if my product is damaged or defective?
We cannot control slight manufacturing variations and are unable to replace items based on these. This is including, but not limited to, minor product imperfections or figure positioning. Our packaging is designed to protect the collectibles inside. Slight blemishes to packaging that occur during manufacturing or shipping are not considered product damage.

We strive to maintain high quality standards; however, minor manufacturing variations may occur and are part of the production process.
Are M2 Machines products suitable for children or only for collectors?
Our products are designed for all automotive enthusiasts ages 14+.
Do your vehicles feature opening parts and detailed interiors?
Many M2 Machines vehicles include opening parts and detailed interiors. Design choices may vary for specific models to balance aesthetics and functionality.
